Coaching Journeys
A guided path to the leader you know you can be.
Some leaders want open-ended coaching. Others want a map. Each journey starts with a chemistry call and is fully confidential. Burnout Recovery is available now, and two more are coming soon. Each combines 1:1 sessions with evidence-based frameworks and tools, at a pace that feels meaningful and manageable.

Stop running on empty and start crafting a purposeful, fulfilling life.
For executives and senior leaders who are exhausted, detached, or doubting their effectiveness, and who want to recover without walking away from what they've built. You are not broken. Burnout is a well-researched response to prolonged strain, it happens to capable, committed people, and it can improve. We restore your energy first, then analyze what drove the burnout, in the job and in your own patterns, then design what comes next.
Restore. Name what burnout looks like for you, baseline your whole-person wellness across eight dimensions, and build the sleep, rest, nutrition, movement, and support that steady your energy. Recovery starts here because doubling down on effort is what keeps burnout going.
Understand. Analyze, without blame, what is a job problem, what is a personal pattern, and what is both: your job fit across six areas of work life, the habits that helped you succeed and now cost you, and your coping skills.
Reimagine and sustain. Define what success means to you, weigh your options against your own values and constraints (staying and changing both count), and build an early-warning and sustainability plan.
What's included: 12 sessions, 60 minutes each, every two to four weeks, typically over 6 to 9 months; a self-paced workbook for each phase with evidence-informed frameworks and exercises; more sessions available for complex or prolonged burnout.
-
Change direction without losing what you've built.
For leaders who sense the next chapter looks different, whether that is a new role, a new industry, or a different relationship to work. Together we clarify what matters, test options against evidence, and move toward something new, energizing, and deeply fulfilling, because you chose it, not because you needed out.

The skills that got you here won't get you there.
For newly promoted and rising leaders stepping into bigger scope. Each level asks something new of you, and what earned the promotion rarely carries you through it. Drawing on the Leadership Pipeline, we work on making the turn, by refocusing effort, not increasing it.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes. Sessions are fully confidential. Even if your organization purchases coaching on your behalf, I keep the details of our conversations between us. At the start of our engagement we’ll discuss what can and cannot be shared with your organization.
-
Yes. Foster Insights can contract directly with your organization, or provide receipts that you can reimburse through your employer. If you need help justifying the expense, I can provide evidence-backed letters for your HR department and/or manager.
-
Healthcare professionals can often apply CME credit for executive coaching — just make sure you check with your employer.
-
Coaching is a forward-looking partnership, not therapy or a medical or psychological assessment. Burnout recovery often needs a wider support system, so I encourage working with a therapist and a physician alongside coaching.
-
In coaching engagements, you stay in the driver's seat. You'll be asked thought-provoking questions that encourage you to find your own path forward - building the skill behind the problem-solving, rather than just solving one problem. However, when you need an I/O psychologist's professional opinion, I "remove the coaching hat" to offer research-backed advice - often in the form of frameworks, tools, or new ways of thinking about the issue.
-
It depends on what you are working through. Most clients opt for a 6 month coaching package, which includes 12, 1-hr sessions at a 2-week cadence.
-
We start with a complimentary 15-minute chemistry call, with no pressure. (I mean that. I can't stand pushy sales tactics, and I only want to build coaching engagements on mutual trust and true fit.)
During or immediately after the chemistry call, you’ll receive pricing and packaging details. You make your decision at your pace.
Packages start at three sessions, with discounts for larger ones. Payment is due before your first session, and monthly payment options are available.
Once payment is received, you’ll receive a booking link that you’ll use throughout the engagement.
